Permission to use the service
You may use RestoreThisPhoto only with a photograph you own or have permission to upload and edit. Family possession does not always settle copyright or privacy questions, so use reasonable care with photographs made by someone else or showing living people. You keep your rights to the source photograph and resulting restoration. You give us only the limited permission needed for our trusted processors and us to store, process, display privately to you, and deliver the restoration during the service window.
Do not upload unlawful content, material that violates another person's rights, or identity documents intended for fraud. Do not use the service to impersonate someone, create deceptive evidence, defeat security controls, probe private files, or overload the restoration engine. We may refuse or remove material, disable a private link, or limit requests when reasonably necessary to protect people, the service, or our providers.
What a restoration pack includes
A free preview lets you inspect a reduced-size result before purchase. A purchased pack covers the number of photographs shown at checkout: one photograph for the single pack, five for the family pack, or twenty for the archive pack. Each photograph can have up to three successful restoration runs, including the successful preview made before purchase. A failed engine response does not count as one of those three successful runs. Pack places are committed only when a photograph's first run succeeds.
Use the pack and download its full-resolution results within 30 days after purchase. The recovery link is the handle for the pack, so save it or email it to yourself. The download window does not transfer ownership of a source photograph and does not include physical conservation, scanning, printing, manual retouching, or indefinite storage. Prices, pack sizes, and the card statement description are shown before you confirm payment.
Results, availability, and contact
Restoration uses AI reconstruction. Where the source has blur, tears, fading, or missing information, the result may plausibly redraw details rather than recover the exact lost original. Review faces, uniforms, text, and other meaningful details against your untouched scan before relying on or sharing a result. Keep the original file and label restored versions clearly when historical accuracy matters.
We aim to keep previews, checkout, recovery, and downloads available, but internet services can be interrupted. If a paid result is not right or the service does not deliver what you purchased, our refund policy applies. RestoreThisPhoto is operated by the EditThisPic team, and charges appear as ETP* RESTOREPHOTO. Questions, accessibility requests, deletion requests, and purchase problems can be sent to support@restorethisphoto.com.
